Hi, I’m Dean McNash.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an effective way to calm your nervous system, which helps your body heal, reduce pain and recover. It is also a great tool to target structures that are tough to reach with massage.
-
Massage
Deep tissue massage is effective at reducing stress, restoring tissue pliability, and improving circulation which increase recovery, aid in the repair of unhealthy tissue, and reduce pain.
-
Weight Training
Lifting weights is effective at strengthening movement patterns, improving posture, and building strength/muscle mass, which helps to reduce pain, improve your mood, and your fitness.
Common conditions
Low back pain, shoulder and neck pain, sports injury, car accident, low energy, stiff joints, stress overload, headaches, trouble sleeping, instability, weakness, just feeling off.

Reviews
"I came in to start acupuncture with Dean for chronic hip pain after suffering for a long time.
It took about 3 sessions to zero in on the issue. Dean has provided a massive amount of relief through acupuncture, stretching, massage and some helpful exercise tips and I'm essentially pain free now. Recommend!"

"I was a professional athlete for 10 years, worked with dozens of massage therapists, physios, and acupuncturists.
Dean is actually one of the best I have been to, and he actually keeps getting better because you can tell he really loves what he does and cares. Could not recommend him more, whether you’re an athlete recovering from an injury, need a relaxing massage or have lingering aches and pains."

“I pulled my back in the gym, went to see Dean for acupuncture and after a 45 minute session, the next day I had almost full range of motion again.
Dean was very professional and knowledgeable. He will continue to be my go to!"
